Zenon Budziszewski, by using simple pebbles, created huge mosaics which cover walls of his house and not only his. The pebbles come from the Baltic Sea (from Łeba, among others) or from Polish mountains. There are, however, also those which were brought from Hungary, France or Spain.
The artist creates his works of art directly on the wall. This way he creates mosaics on the walls of terraces, garages, other buildings as well as in attics or basements. His biggest stone picture is a mosaic which depicts Mięguszowiecki Summits in Tatra Mountains on the way to Morskie Oko Lake. The 6 x 2.4 metre large picture takes the whole wall of the garage. Mr. Budziszewski was working on this mosaic for over two months. All the colourful stones had been earlier collected in Łeba.
