KAMIENIARSTWO ZENON KISZKIEL is the first Polish company which bought a machine made by Simec for automatic splitting of granite slabs. This is another example of investing in machinery park, which will shorten order completion time and provide high quality of stone product supplies.

Since 12 May 2014 the cutting-edge 20-head polishing line has been responsible for making stone work automatic. NP2200RX EVO/020 – HP8 model is the first machine of this kind in Poland (made by Simec company) for automatic splitting of slabs by putting polymer which does not react with stone.   

- The machine efficiency is ca. 70 m2/h. Since its installation, Simec made over 15,000 sq metres of polished material. Thanks to 20 heads, including two satellite counter-pressure ones, we got an automatic loading and unloading of granite slabs – explains Jacek Kiszkiel, a representative of the company.

And this is not all. Recently, the company has purchased another (sixth one) machine made by Pellegrini. This time it is a 12-wire POLYWIRE 12/16 D (VT) model for cutting blocks.

KAMIENIARSTWO ZENON KISZKIEL is one of the leading Polish companies dealing with processing granite. Since 1986 it has changed from a small plant to one of the largest, and most of all, most modern companies in its branch. Tomb production, which used to be basic for the company, is now widely developed. It is now, however, just one of many activities of the company. The Strzegom-based company also owns Granimex company (since 2001), which exploits “Graniczna II”, and possesses a few stone mines outside Poland (in Ukraine and the RSA).
