The 15th China Xiamen International Stone Fair, considered as one of the largest and most prestigious stone trade shows, will be held on March 6-9, 2015 in Xiamen, China.

The fair will gather over 2,000 exhibitors from over 54 countries under one roof with 166,000 m2 exhibition area. One of the highlights of Xiamen Stone Fair 2015 will be the well-organized national pavilions including Italy, Turkey, Brazil, Spain, Oman, Egypt, France, Finland, Portugal, Greece, Pakistan, India and Iran. Outstanding overseas machinery companies from Italy, USA, Germany, Poland, France, Turkey, India, etc will also take part in the 2015 edition.

More than an exhibition, Xiamen Stone Fair reveals the news and trends of the industry of stones and machinery in China and throughout the world. One of the most important accompanying events this year will be World Stone Congress during which specialists from different countries will talk about chances, threats and prospects for stone industry development. 3rd Global Forum of Master Architects (6 March) will be another prestigious event. Among invited master architects we can find Sou Fujimoto, Bernardo Fort, Kengo Kuma, Shigeru Ban, Liu Jiakun, Xie Yingjun. Architects and designers from all over the world are invited to reveal the role and the forward way of stone in exterior and interior usage, or bring in a brainstorming on stone product design. Every year Xiamen fair attracts a lot of visitors outside the stone industry thanks to the Special Fashion Show of fascinating natural stone.

There will be more lectures and seminars at the fair. According to the commentators, 2015 fair will overshadow previous editions. In 2014, record was renewed by 142,498 visitors, including 27,003 foreign visitors from 148 countries. In the year of 2016, four new exhibition halls will be put into use. Total area of Xiamen Stone Fair 2016 will possibly reach 200,000 m2. The previous edition of the fair proved that the demand for booths at Xiamen Stone Fair exceeds supply. Therefore, construction of four new pavilions started in November 2014.
